CHST a plus. 3. OSHA 30 4. Experience in cranes, fall protection, concrete, lifts, overhead work and all standard safety procedures 5. Needs to use common sense regarding the situation, not just what’s in a book 6. Utilize root cause analysis with systemic corrective action when opportunities arise 7. Fluid personality 8. Firm but fair 9. Build relationships with clients 10. Communicate effectively with all levels of Leadership 11.
